By the way this "End of Ze World" did almost happen not once but sevearal times the most notable was the cold war where everyone had nukes pointed at eachother and one wrong move or signal meant catastrophe. This one wrong move did happen when a american nuclear missle pointing towards russia was activated and russian comunication technology revieled it so russia activated all missiles pointing toward the US. But some quick footed negotiating and quick thinking explinations stopped what could of been WWIII the war to end all wars... and life.
